The HOI4S8HM0XUK features the clever Diamond Clean system. The action of the steam released during this special low-temperature cleaning cycle allows dirt and food residues to be removed with ease. Pour 200ml of drinking water on the bottom of the oven and only activate the function when the oven is cold.
The Steam Meat/Fish/Bread function allows to you obtain excellent results thanks to the presence of steam in the cooking cycle. The cooking times and the water quantity (100 / 200 ml) of the main dishes are shown in the relative cooking table that you can find online. Always activate this function when the oven is cold, and after pouring drinking water into the bottom of the cavity.
The Forced Air function allow you to cook different foods that require the same cooking temperature on several shelves at the same time. This function can be used to cook different foods without odours being transferred from one food to another.
